Positivity breeds: choose love!

Hello friend,

It’s been a while since my last correspondence; I hope you’ve been taking good care of yourself! What a whirlwind these last few months have been; within the last week alone, I feel like I’ve aged 20 years. But today I’ve decided to intentionally spread positivity. So I’m reminiscing on how fruitful this Summer has been and I am feeling grateful. Between all the performing, camping, traveling, training and « summering », I barely had enough time to catch my breath!  I’m glad to finally slow things down a bit and reconnect with you, even though the current circumstances may be challenging to some. 

Let’s help each other by focusing on the positive. How was your Summer and beginning of Fall? Did you get to enjoy the beach this year? Are you enjoying all things Pumpkin Spice these days? The Holidays are on our doorstep, and I’m already feeling the magic filling the air. Are you? As we enter this very festive time of the year, I’m sending warm wishes, as well as love & appreciation your way!
