Falling for Inspiration: Travels, Music, and Moments of Gentleness

Hello and welcome back to my little corner of the internet! It’s been some time since my last post, and I’m excited to reconnect and share what life has been unfolding lately. Between creative projects, travel, and personal reflections, the past months have been full of inspiration—and I can’t wait to bring you along.

One of the biggest joys has been relaunching Fitness With Myriam, a space where I share short, strength-focused workouts blending yoga, mobility, and mindful movement. It’s been wonderful to connect with women who are ready to celebrate what their bodies can do. To those who have joined me in this venture—thank you. Your support keeps the vision alive and reminds me why I created this space in the first place. If you haven’t already, please give it a follow to join the journey of celebrating your strengths and empowering your body!

Nuage Rhythm performing at the WBCSD Dinner, Sept 2025, NYC

On the artistic side, Phirocious Productions has kept me on my toes with some incredible performances and immersive events. Earlier this month, I was honored to perform at the WBCSD Dinner, a special evening where 2 of my greatest passions—environment and music—came together in a way that felt deeply aligned. From weddings to themed soirées, it’s been a gift to bring music, dance, and a touch of magic to so many celebrations. And there are exciting things ahead, including a special Edith Piaf celebration in Italy this December—further details to be announced soon.

Travel has also been a rich source of inspiration lately. As you’ll notice through the gallery below, I lived so many enriching adventures in Spain, experiencing the rhythms of its culture both with family and on my own. It’s been amazing to watch my little niece Maddie blossom into a fully fleshed persona of her own, while also taking the time to slow. down. Beyond Spain, there have been camping adventures with Elias, an unforgettable mother–daughter trip to Iceland, and future explorations calling my name… do I see the amazing Utah landscape on the horizon?! My oh my… am I becoming a professional traveler?!

Alongside these bright experiences, I’ve been reflecting on some of the challenges I notice in our world today. In a recent conversation I came across on the wonderfully enlightening SWU channel, Gabor Maté reminded us that we never fully know what another person is carrying within them. That thought struck me deeply, especially in light of how divided the world can sometimes feel. What if we approached each other—and ourselves—with more gentleness? What if empathy became our first instinct instead of our last resort?

That’s a philosophy I strive to carry into my fitness practice and my artistic work alike: celebrate your strengths, empower what your body (and spirit) can do. It’s an invitation not only to honor ourselves but also to hold space for others with kindness, even when perspectives differ.

As I share these updates, my wish for this Fall and beyond is simple: may we approach life with gentleness, curiosity, and a little more patience for ourselves and those around us. May we celebrate small victories, embrace the beauty of slowing down, and carry kindness into every encounter. I’d love to hear from you—how was your summer? What moments brought you joy or sparked inspiration? Let’s share a little warmth and connection as we step into this new season together.

A bientôt Xx
