Spring is springing!
Spring tends to arrive quietly… and then all at once.
A soft shift in the air, longer days, a sense of lightness returning, paired with trees and flowers welcoming their full bloom. It’s often seen as a season of rebirth—a moment to release what feels heavy, to set new intentions, and to welcome a fresh kind of energy into our lives. Not through big, overwhelming changes, but through small, steady rituals.
Taking a short walk, even just around the block.
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Letting your body soften—through a breath, a stretch.
Little ways of coming back to yourself.
In that spirit, I’ve been leading the Winter Fierce series over on social media through Fitness With Myriam. These are short, focused sessions built around foundational movements and skills inspired by elite athletes and their sports—simple, intentional work that builds strength from the ground up.
We’re at the halfway point of the series, and it will continue for a few more weeks, gradually evolving with the season—shifting from that winter fierceness into something a little more open, more expansive, more in tune with spring. If you’d like to move along with me, you can do so HERE.
And as we’re on the topic of fitness—or in case you’re eager for more—over the past few months, I’ve been developing a full course that brings together my entire method—centering on the body as a whole, always guided by a strong, intentional connection to the core. It’s been quietly in the works, and it will finally be ready this Summer. I can’t wait to share more with you!

Many of you know me first and foremost as an artist and performer—but my work has grown into a few different expressions over the years. One of those is Phirocious Productions, my event production company, where I curate and bring to life immersive, high-level entertainment experiences. This time of year always feels like the natural moment to talk about it—because spring is when summer plans begin to take shape. If you—or someone you know—are planning a gathering, a celebration, or a special event in the coming months, this is the time to start building it.
Through Phirocious Productions, we focus on live music, immersive atmospheres, and unique performers that elevate an event beyond the expected—creating something that feels both seamless and unforgettable. This is something I recently shared a glimpse of in a blog post featuring Nuage Rhythm’s performance at Kleinfeld Bridal as part of WIPA, which beautifully reflects the kind of work we love to create in real spaces, with real energy, and real people.
We’re currently booking for summer and autumn, and I would truly love to be part of bringing those moments to life. If someone comes to mind, I’m always grateful for the connection.

I’m also very excited to be part of a growing Francophone theatre initiative here in NYC. What began as an intimate monologue night in March in honor of La Femme—a beautiful, heartfelt evening shared with such generous artists and audiences—continues to evolve into something even more expansive and alive.
This May, we’ll be presenting an evening of short plays and monologues from a worldwide repertoire—en français, bien sûr—and it feels incredibly special to see this project growing within such a vibrant creative community.
The event will take place on May 28th at 8pm at Court Square Theater, and I’m so happy to finally share the official flyer with you here.

As we move further into the season, I hope you find small ways to enjoy it—to step outside, to breathe a little deeper, to take care of your body with intention. Spring has a way of reminding us that growth doesn’t have to be rushed—it unfolds, naturally, in its own time.
And as always, I love hearing from you. Truly—so please stay in touch 💜
